Be responsible for Health，Safety and Environmental Protect affairs concerned.University / College education in Safety or Industrial Hygiene or Chemical Engineering or concerned; 3 years or more experience in HSE & experience in Chemical industries is preferred; Familiarity with state and local laws & regulations concerned; Skills in training / presentation & command of computer and workable English;
