職位描述
Main Responsibilities: 1, Establish the Company’s materials procurement strategy and operation system; 2, Ensure un-interrupted chemical supply for both R&D and manufacturing; 3, Closely work with R&D and manufacturing to forecast the chemical usage; 4, Provide chemical suppliers onsite audit; 5, Draft supply contract and participate in price negotiation. Qualifications: 1, B.S. degree in material science, chemistry or chemical engineering, or equivalent degree in chemical distribution management; 2, 3+ years hands-on working experience dealing with both domestic and international chemical Companies in the capacity of supply chain management, including supplier quality audit, manufacturing capability and capacity evaluation, and price negotiation; 3, Experience in fine, specialty, and electronics chemical industry is a plus; 4, Good communication and negotiation skills, proven record of successful chemical supply chain management. 5, English Level 6 or equivalent is required.
